Fordham is a family owned and operated business. We have been serving the greater New York City area since 1984. Fully Licensed and Insured.

Fordham provides refrigeration and HVAC service and installation for both residential and commercial applications. We have been a part of a number of applications in New York City including: bar and restaurants, high end residential (townhouses and apartments), hotels, offices, and hospitals.

We also specialize in installing, designing, and installing VRF equipment which includes Mitsubishi and Fujitsu manufacturer's. The variable frerquency compressors are newer technologies that allow for a more energy efficient operation. These types of equipment have a smaller footprint and become ideal in New York City where space is always valuable.

 

We have a licensed mechanical engineer that can aid with design inquiries, equipment use permits, or project filings.
